Our #115 snow guard for membrane roofs is the most popular pipe snow guard made for membrane roofs. The #115 pipe-style snow guard is made to be fastened to wood blocking or metal decking. If you are installing through insulation you may want to use our #115R pipe-style snow guard instead.
The #115 two-pipe snow guard for membrane roofs consists of a stainless steel base plate and extruded aluminum bracket. The base plated is secured to the roof with 7 appropriate fasteners. The base plate is then flashed with a compatible target patch and the bracket is bolted on top of the patch forming a compression seal. The #115 uses two 1" OD pipes, it is also available in a high-hole or three pipe configuration.
Internal couplings, end collars and end caps are available for this system. Membrane target patches are available in several colors for the #115 snow guards, contact us for more information.
